Venice cruise port Info

Does anyone have recent formation on Venice, Italy cruise port to Marco Polo airport transportation?  Our Costa cruise arrives in Venice at 9AM and we have a 2PM flight, so we would like to get to the airport on time.  Thank you for any suggestions.

If you read down the board, there are many discussions...cruise line transfers, taxi (should be pre-arranged), land bus. You could also do water bus or taxi, but those don't work as well for a tighter time schedule.
