I got the same rejection for 5 cruises.    All booked before June of 2019.

Yikes... the way to go is by e-mail.    The application I put in today at 5:00 PM (PST) was approved at 5:53 PM.   This one is for the Millennium 4/30 that I booked last week.

 

Still nothing from the other one I did yesterday by the portal.  Not even a confirmation.
