Panorama Formal wear or white dress events

Hello I’ll be sailing in May on the Panorama, 7 day Mexican Rivera. Will there be a white dress event/dinner or just two formal dress dinners? Thanks in advance!

What is a white dress event? There will be two "formal" dinners. And I use the term formal in the most casual way!!

Well, it is Carnival so no black tie requirements.  Surprisingly many pax actually made a effort to dress for dinner on the two elegant nights.

You will have two cruise elegant nights.  I believe what you are referring to is the white party.  If your cruise has one, it is simply an evening where they have a big party where everyone is encouraged to wear white.  If you google it, there are several videos posted.

We were on the Panorama 02/01/2019. We had 2 formal nights and there was a white party on the 3rd night. I would say about 30% of the people participated.

On the Panorama the White Party was one of the nightly events(maybe 1 hour in length) that the CD hosted in the Atrium.  As other observers have noted, the Vista Class Atrium holds fewer pax at max capacity.  I did not attend but concur with Snooptoo that not many dressed for it based on what everyone was wearing that night in the rest of the ship.   Wouldn't pack a suit or dress for it if that helps.
