Booking MDR in advance

I know you are able to pre-book dining room for the first night - but how far in advance of your sailing? We are concierge if that makes a difference. TIA

Months in advance & Captains Club level has no bearing on booking MDR times.

Look in your cruise planner under Specialty Dining, scroll to the end where you will find a spot for those with Select Dining to book reservations for as many nights as you want.

We are sailing April 24, 2021 on Apex, and all MDRs and specialty restaurants became available for booking just around Christmas Eve 2019, ie. almost exactly 16 months out. As soon as they are visible in Cruise Planner, you can book them. The earlier you make your booking, naturally the more available time slots you will have to choose from.
