Just off Carnival Panorama - Quick review/thoughts

My wife and I will be on Panorama the last week of June. 

 

I've read that getting from ship to shore in Mazatlán you must ride their extremely slow moving tram. I know everyone has their version of "slow" but wondering if you have any insight about getting off in the first batch of people or waiting awhile. I know in Cabo for the tender having FTTF gets you off early, but not sure if that applies here.

I've done this cruise many times and haven't really noticed it being slow. We used to get off early, but now wait about 30 minutes or so. You should be fine, unless things have changed in the last couple of years. There are a few shuttles lined up and actually waiting for people to fill up the first one, then the next one moves up.

Why would I be offended?  The spelling rule is the same in both countries, which is what AandBmom was commenting on.  She was just pointing out you used it incorrectly, not attacking you.

Our break starts on March 28 and that is when we will be on the Panorama.  Cannot wait!

I'll be on her April 2.  First time sailing this itinerary.  Received a fabulous offer for Havana.  Now have to figure out transfers from hotel to ship.

you're better to google the weather stats for your month for each port.    Then look at the weather forecast closer to your trip. The weather there 2 years ago isn't a great indicator.

The tram is not slow at all. It’s fast if anything but definitely not slow. I need to hold on myself.
