Oasis Suite - Dinner Question

We are  looking at Suites on Oasis. One of the guests has a health issue and may spend most of his time in the cabin and on the balcony. What suite categories can order dinner from the main dining rooms (during operating hours) to be served in the suite? Can any of the suites order in cabin dining from Specialty Restaurants?

Star Class you can order from any restaurant including specialty.  No sure about other suites.
