tomservo Posted March 2, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 2, 2020 I’m excited to try Food Republic for the first time. I’m not going to get too many chances to eat there, so what are some of your favorites? I’ve looked at the menu before and honestly I could eat any (and all) of it, but due to the constraints of a human stomach and wallet, I must prioritize. Here is the current Bliss menu for reference. tomservo Posted March 2, 2020 Author #2 Share Posted March 2, 2020 If I had to pick right now I would probably pick the lamb, ramen, poke nachos, and a sushi roll.
david_sobe Posted March 2, 2020 #3 Share Posted March 2, 2020 Chicken Teriyaki and Korean Fried Chicken were the winners at our table Not a sushi eater but the rest of my family was not thrilled about their sushi
tomservo Posted March 2, 2020 Author #4 Share Posted March 2, 2020 Thanks, the Korean Fried Chicken was on my alternates list. Good to know about the sushi. I will probably try it anyway but this at least helps manage my expectations. I saw in another thread that someone didn't love the ramen, so I will temper expectations for that as well if I decide to get it.

When I asked my wife who loves sushi she did not agree with that assessment but said it was 2 levels above gas station sushi. They just were not wowed with it but loved my chicken.

I’m no sushi expert but I’ve eaten my fair share. I’ll be sure to report back!

siestatom Posted March 3, 2020 #11 Share Posted March 3, 2020 Had dinner there last night. The sushi rolls were a big disappointment. Incredibly thin slices of fish. The hamachi crudo was good. Shrimp Pad Thai average.

Probably a one-off, but when we ordered it, the noodles were gummy.,
