Are current cruises noticeably empty

Last Sunday we left NY on time on the Bliss. And actually I don’t remember ever leaving late from NY. I know it does sometimes but there is always a reason for it. 

The captain announced that the delay had to do with new/extra paperwork that has to be filled out and they’re still getting the hang of it. Presumably related to COVID-19.

 

Also the Bliss seems pretty full today. Not sure about the passenger count but at the Splash Academy they said we had 400 kids.
