FCC - Who Gets The Credit?

Recommended Posts

If this has already been discussed, forgive me for asking again.

I have 3 cabins booked for a cruise in July. I’m paying for all of them but of course my name is only on one. All 3 reservations are linked and I can view them all when I log in online.

So if I cancel, who gets the FCC?  Does it go to me since I paid for it?  Or does each person get a portion of it?  One cabin is 4 minors - would that make a difference?

Thanks in advance!

The FCC is issued in the name of the person on the reservation for the amount that the invoice says they were charged. So say you were booked during a Bogo 50 sale and your cabin was setup as

Guest 1: Frisbee $1,500,

Guest 2: Frisbeewife $750

for a total cruise cost of $2,250. Frisbee would get a $1,500 FCC, you would get a $750 FCC

The FCCs for the second and third cabin will be setup the same way. Each named passenger will get a non-transferable FCC in their name for the amount listed under them on the invoice (so passengers listed as 3 and 4 will get very small FCCs)

Thanks, awestover89, but all I've paid so far is $800 in deposits for the rooms.  That's not broken down by passenger on the invoice.

If you booked refundable it would come back to you as cash

if you booked non refundable Royal is waiving the fee and returning the deposit as a FCC for $100 per person.

The deposits are definitely per person.
