Well Aurora is on her way back from Norway, because they had no entry to any port.  Oceana is in Gib as couldn't get in to Malaga and will come straight home.  Nearly every European port has banned cruise ships.  watch this space.

because they are maybe trying to deal with the logistics of having people already on cruises that have nowhere to go, before they start worrying too much about the people going weeks away. Every chance they will get cancelled. People will get their money back. Why are they jumping up and down. Its is not as though they will need to the money to go anywhere else.
