Not sure if this has been brought up. Is it possible or even legally allowed for Norwegian to will devalue FCC, say by 50%. So a year from now, the credit goes down from $4000 to $2000, assuming no bankruptcy and prices match other cruise lines.

Thank you for your post on the Photo & Camera Discussions forum! 👍 However, it is off-topic here.

Since your thread concerns a specific cruise line, to help you out I have moved your thread to the Norwegian Cruise Line forum where it will be on-topic. The majority of your fellow Cruise Critic members that have sailed NCL frequent that forum and can possibly provide feedback there. Please browse through the thread titles on the forum looking for threads of interest. You will probably find your fellow Cruise Critic members have already posted questions and received answers that will be of interest to you.

I sincerely hope this will be helpful and glad to have you aboard Cruise Critic! emo35.gif

Happy sails,

Dollar value of FCC will never change. What could happen is cruise fare inflation. For example, in order to get nervous cruisers back, the line offers more inclusive fares... All restaurants included, alcohol included, excursions included. That would push fares way up.

We will be getting a refund. I do not trust the economy at this point to hold on to a "credit".
