If your cruise has recently been cancelled due to COVID-19 and you had booked prepaid, non-refundable hotels for pre and/or post cruise nights - What hotel or resort and did they agree to refund your Money. BBWC Posted March 14, 2020 #2 Share Posted March 14, 2020 We had a nonrefundable points reservation at the Hilton Moorea. Based on Hilton’s new policy allowing cancellations even for nonrefundable rates, I canceled yesterday with no problems. All points will be returned. Manava Tahiti, and Sofitel Bora Bora also refused a refund on our pre-paid reservations, even thought the FP government closed all arrivals .
