I have searched all over for the form or what I need to do should I have to transfer my booking back to HAL.  I have only been able to find “transfer to”.

If you talking about taking it from a TA back to HAL, the TA has to release the booking.  It's not something you can typically do.

 

Be aware, some TAs have cancellation charges if you cancel a booking with them.
