Refund form not updated

Today is the first day that I can request a refund for our cruise

that was supposed to leave on May 11. It still shows only cruises

leaving up to May 10 are able to fill out the form. Since we

only have a 7 day window to fill it out this concerns me. Anyone have

any experience on their refund form like this? Thanks.

Hi,

I can't get into it either.  Am at the point really considering a cc chargeback.

Me too.I  will wait until tomorrow morning to give them the whole day

to correct it first, but then all bets are off.

That sounds like a plan.  The 90 days doesn't bother me, I understand the cruiselines are between a rock and a hard place, but to not even allow us to request a refund?  That I don't like.

Try the form now. It was updated and I was able to request a refund. Good luck.

I doubt that their 7-day window is enforceable.  If they cancel the cruise, they have to give you a refund, if they survive, which in my mind is very doubtful.

What if you were on a ventilator for those 7 days?

I was finally able to access the form, and have email confirmation that both cabins have been cancelled.  That is a relief!  Also cancelled the flights and hotel this morning.  Lucky that flights we SW booked on points, and the hotel was through Expedia so I wasn't out any money on either.

I never thought of that. You are probably right. I have been an ICU patientfor something else  but never on a ventilator.

I feel for those that are.

But it only goes as far as the 14th. How about for those canceled Alaska sailings on the Sun, beginning with May 21, 2020?

The Sun cruises have a different form to fill out:
