Princess canceling USA cruises until December 15, will Carnival follow suit?

My theory is it is due to the final payment date for cruises in October and November are coming due.  They are hoping people make their final payments or have already scheduled automatic final payments that they forgot about so that they have the extra cash for at least the 90 days
