Changing TA?

The cruise on the Rotterdam I booked with a TA was obviously cancelled, but i haven't been happy with the TA for sometime and want to change. How do I do that and let a new TA know about the FCC I have  coming from 2 cancelled cruises?  Appreciate insight.

Not that it is important, but it is 107 in the desert today and moving to 110 or better for the weekend....Sure would be nice to be cruising somewhere.

Your new TA will be able to see in POLAR Online which is HAL's GDS - FCCs are tied to your mariner number so once they are processed, (s)he should be able to see them online.

Here's a walk-through video.     Scott.

Future cruise credits are on account at the cruise line, not a cruise/travel agency.  If you book a cruise with another agency you would simply tell them (at the time you are booking) that you want to apply a future cruise credit that is on file with HAL.  Any competent cruise/travel agent can handle it.    We use multiple cruise agencies and have no issues with FCCs.  I should mention that when we purchase FCCs on various cruises (with any cruise line) we indicate that it should not be tied to any specific agency.
