Wm68 Posted August 6, 2020 #1 Share Posted August 6, 2020 Hello all, First-time cruiser here. I'm hoping to book my first cruise for next year, and I wondered whether any of you more experienced cruisers had any advice about which balcony BA category staterooms are best/worst in midships on Queen Victoria, particularly on decks 5 and 6? Are there any especially noisy areas on those decks? Any advice appreciated.

He books a BB adjacent to a BA (only 2 inches different) and allows an upgrade. 3 out of last 5 received a BA upgrade. BIL and Wife have never complained about a general noise problem. No doubt CC members will post list of benefits, but my suggestions would be to purchase 100 Carnival Shares for additional OBC (Price is low at the moment). Then when on board, go to the Future Cruise Desk and purchase FCD's for future use, as/when you wish. Consider yourself as now being part of the future of Cunard.
