PH3 Riviera

We’re looking at a PH3 guarantee next year.....are there any bad positions? We normally have a B3 which we are more than happy with Aft of the ship....does Riviera have any vibration problems?

when running full out  or docking & leaving the dock  you feel the vibration in most of the ship

for me ,after many cruises ,is booking a cabin within 4 cabins ( either way) of the forward elevator   Has proved to be the best for access to shows, pool, bar, horizons     Location location location.

I’m with Dan, near forward elevator is the best on the ship.  Too far forward (many PH3’s) and the spotlight and cameras from the bridge block the view.  Right around 1018, the spray from the hull wake keeps the balcony wet when ever the ship is moving if the seas are at all rough.  Hope this helps!

Thanks for the info, my TA has since advised that PH3’s can have obstruction.

Looking at another cruise now on Nautica...have been in PH3’s before.....taking advantage of the upgrade offer!

We had 7128 on the Marina and we were not at all vision obstructed.

of course  there are only a few with some sort of obstruction 

 

mostly from the slope  hull  like in the photo posted on another thread

Since the OP has a guarantee anything could happen, including going up to a PH2 or 1.

 

Given a choice if you book in advance getting a PH3 right next to a PH2 is usually a good deal.

Booked a PH3 on Nautica for next year 😀 hopefully....
