If you do want to do it, you need a cruise line other than Oceania. Ours was booked probably two years in advance through Gate 1 and included a couple of days in Buenos Aires, an escorted tour of Argentinian and Chilean Patagonia, then on to the ship for the Chilean fjords, Antarctica, Falklands, back up the west coast to Santiago for a couple of more days.
