Question about old vifp number

Hi

 

we just booked a cruise for December 2022. My last cruise on carnival was 2021. I found my old number, but could log into an account, so I started a new one and was assigned a new number.  Is there a way to merge the 2 numbers so I get credit for my other cruise or is it too old?

sorry if this was asked already some where. I tried to search.

I think that a Carnival rep can help you with this if you just call the main 800 number.   The hold times are reasonable -- not like they were in the Spring when cancellations first started happening.

Carnival CAN merge them.

Carnival rep. just fixed mine. They have to file a request.

How long does it usually take to show up.  I called Sunday.
