shanni-shanni Posted December 27, 2020 #1 Share Posted December 27, 2020 Can you use FCC for anything else other than paying for a future cruise? Tom
zelker Posted December 27, 2020 #2 Share Posted December 27, 2020 Not according to what currently shows on HAL's site but as it says, terms and offers can change so I'd check your specific FCCs. Future Cruise Credit (FCC) Terms & Conditions Learn how to view and use your FCCs The value of the FCC may be applied to the cruise fare only of a new cruise or Land+Sea Journey reservation with Holland America Line, and it is combinable with any other applicable discount. While the FCC is valid until December 31, 2022, it must be booked within 12 months of the issue date. This offer cannot be transferred or used as a deposit. FCCs may not be used for onboard expenses, pre- and post-cruise packages, shore excursions, taxes, fees and port expenses, Cancellation Protection Plans, FlightEase air, Hotel Service Charges, or other optional programs or services. OBCs cannot be used to pre-purchase services or amenities and may be used toward all onboard purchases but cannot be redeemed for cash or used in the Casino. Guests or their travel advisors should verify this offer with our Reservation Agent at the time the new reservation is booked. For guests’ convenience, the credits are built in direct association with Mariner Numbers so they will automatically be credited toward the cruise fare of the next Holland America Line sailing booked by the guest. All FCCs expire 12 months from the date of issue and are subject to published terms, conditions, and restrictions. Offer and its terms are subject to change. Cruise Suzy Posted December 28, 2020 #3 Share Posted December 28, 2020 On the HAL Website homepage, if you click on "Plan" there is a listing for Future Cruise Credit. It indicates that FCC can be used for a new or existing booking. It can be used on multiple bookings.
