You do need to make sure they are due to pick up at least a working day or two before you leave home.

 

We would happily use them again, but as said make sure pick up is in plenty of time.  When we last used them, which was a number of years back, I was told they were planning to do more transfers themselves, instead of using couriers, but I do not know it that was implicated.
