How long do I have to rebook cancelled cruise?

January cruise cancelled and took the FCC and OBC incentive and it mentioned that you need to decide to cancel or take FCC by May 31, 2021.  Will need to rebook for cruise by April 2023.  Since we have no idea when they will cruise again and what will be the issues with excursions, masks, etc I am in no hurry to try and rebook.  Any idea how long we have to decide on a new cruise?  I would hate to have to decide by May 31, 2021 when it looks like they will not be sailing by then.

When choosing the FCC + OBC option, you have to book by 9/30/21 for a sailing departing by 4/30/23.

You can find the info. here, below the list of cancellations: https://www.carnival.com/request-forms/cancellation-preference-v2?icid=advisory_canceledcruises_10232020

I stand corrected, thanks @Organized Chaos!!
