navigator of the seas - ocean view panoramic suite (lounge access?)

Does anyone know if the ocean view panoramic suite is considered a standard suite and thus gets access to the suite lounge?  I'm unfamiliar with if any suite perks there are on this ship or if this is really a suite as the name suggests.  We are booked in this suite for a july sailing.

Yes, only the Junior Suites are "fake" suites in regards to suite lounge access.
