LAKE ATITLAN BOAT RIDE & LUNCH - Guatemala Holland America shorex

Has anyone taken the above shorex with Holland America.  I read on a review that it’s was frightening getting off and on the boat but this was just a random review and I have no context.  I do have some mobility issues so this bothers me.  Can anyone describe how this shorex was?  Thank you.

for experiences for ALL cruise passengers (no matter the cruise line) who may have done this excursion...as it has nothing to do with the Canal. Cruise ships stop in Guatemala without going through the Canal...I know we have.

 

Maybe ask on the HAL board as well?

Just noticed there was a Guatemala board.  I’ve asked the moderator to move it there.  The reason I’m specifically mentioning Hal because it has an older crowd.  What a 20 year old might think is not very relevant to my situation.  I do not wish to post it to the Hal board for various reasons but thank you for the suggestion.
