That would have been a worry to passengers. How was disembarkation in Sydney from the big ship?

They just let us off, i was among the first 20 people off, straight through customs and immigration out the terminal and into a cab to the airport, took 45 minutes all up. We then got an early flight back to Brisbane and home.

I wasn’t asking any questions, just happy to be off, we didn’t know about Ruby Princess at the time, our ship was the next to dock after it. Good that you didn't know, so could finish your cruise on a happy note.
Porky55 Posted March 18, 2021 #56 Share Posted March 18, 2021 (edited) Last cruise we were in was the one just before “THAT” Ruby Princess cruise - we departed on Ruby on the 24th Feb and back into Sydney on the 8th March - then Ruby was boarded by Covid19 and it was brought back to Aus 10 days later on the 18th March - a year today 😳🥺 Coronavirus had arrived in Australia …… and 12 months later …… I think we all realise what a lucky country we live in, even with the sadness of those who were lost 🤔 Edited March 18, 2021 by Porky55
