Babies and Thrill Cabanas

We are going to be cruising with a group of 7 or 8 including a 1 year old and a 2 year old.  First question, is there anything that the babies can do at the Thrill Park?  And second, would they count towards cabana capacity if there isn't anything they can do?  I'm leaning towards one of the other cabanas that fits 8 people, but wanted to know if these would be an option or not.
