FCC Query

Hi there,

 

We were scheduled to sail on Reflection on March 29th, like many other sailings, this was cancelled by Celebrity. We paid the NRD with cash and the balance at final payment date with FCCs (from our previously cancelled trip in March 2020).

 

Once informed of the cancellation on January 12th, we were given the option to get a refund or sit tight and receive FCC; we were told we would have the FCC processed and issued to us by February 12th.

 

The issue is we are now March 31st and we are still waiting; we haven't received any communication from Celebrity. Our TA appears to being stonewalled also.

 

Anyone else in the same situation, any recommendations welcome

I suspect they are backlogged.  Mine hasn’t come through either.

Call in and ask for the certificate numbers.  Have both of your booking numbers handy.  They may be able to just reactivate the previous FCCs.  It just depends where they are in the process.

I was suppose to sail April 11. I am still waiting for my FCC's.  I'm on the phone with them again.

2 recent cancellations; Celebrity and Oceania. X took 4 months. O took 1 month. O was a large amount on WC. I was impressed.
