When will Europe 2023 itineraries be released?

With the new requirement of only Princess excursions allowed I'm doubtful we'll actually be taking our Baltic cruise in June 2022. We have 5 people so Princess excursions would just be too expensive and I prefer to wander on our own or arrange private excursions. I've been trying to get this itinerary accomplished for years and I refuse to let it beat my so I'm just going to keep rescheduling until it actually happens.

At the earliest, later this summer. The earliest they ever did was July 2019 for summer 2021. COVID has derailed that enthusiasm so I'm anticipating a little later.

I say by mid-year 2022 there won't be a restriction to ship tours.
