Scarlet Lady is taking bookings in the UK until 8/27. First voyage in Miami is 9/22. If the US is open, she's coming. Whether she will take paying passengers is uncertain. She didn't in March 2020. The scrutiny of any repo ending in the US by CDC and others may be too much hassle for cruise lines to put up with for the minimal revenue repos generate.
