Good news.  Great headline.  The devil is in the details as each country in the EU can tweak the requirements.   Also some European countries are not in the EU - I think of the UK - so likely complicated and changing often for a few more weeks.

My reqular medical insurance normally have worldwide cover.  Was told until US Department of State changes no travel warning that my policy will not apply.  I have no idea on travel policies.
