Jewel class cabin - 9669 or 9169

I've stayed in a balcony near 9669 and the only noise I heard, along with a bit of vibration, was when docking.  You know, dropping the lines or anchor.  Short lived but early morning usually. 

 

Since there are cabins above and below, it shouldn't be a problem otherwise.

I have checked out the deck plans and wasn't sure what is between those 2 cabins. The "empty" space. I had saw another post about an aft interior on deck 8 Jewel class and the empty space next to that cabin was where they stored the art and was a little noisy.
