Carnival Havana Retreat on Embarkation Day

Recommended Posts

We are booked in the Havana Cabana cabins on the Vista Feb 2022. Does anyone know if we can go directly to the Havana retreat during embarkation to wait on the cabins to be ready? If so will the bar be open or just the pool area?

The far better place to ask this is the Carnival board, here:

https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/133-carnival-cruise-lines/

If it is anything like Holland America, the cabanas are available upon boarding, but there is little going on there until mid afternoon, and there only be one cabana attendant working, as the other is helping with loading and baggage. But you can definitely go there.

Of course, if its like HAL, your cabin is ready when you are allowed to board.

When we had a Havana Cabana on the Vista the bracelets for the Havana area were in the cabin, so if you don't have priority check in, you might not get the bracelet until your cabin is ready.  However, you can go through the lounge area and see if the doors are unlocked to the area.

Yes, you can go right to your cabin, grab your bracelets and enjoy the outdoor Havana area. Also the Havana Bar will be open upon embarkation! Enjoy 😊
