Millinium current protocals?

I have read most of 2 threads concerning the covid cases on Millie, but can not find an answer to this. What is the current situation for passengers on board? Are they required to wear masks inside ( which the CDC says is not necessary for vaxed people), social distance, etc.?

One of the threads  had an article from a travel writer and at the time of the writing nothing had changed re masking.  Those who had been in close contact ( including the writer) were isolated in their cabins until they could be tested and the results obtained.  That took a few hours and then she was notified that her test was negative and she was free to enjoy the rest of her trip.
