What is "account locked awaiting update?"

I am awaiting my first cruise on Viking Ocean.  Mostly Regent before.  My Viking Journey has said that the account is"locked, awaiting update" for over a week,  Anyone know what this means?  The cruise is Panama on Nov 16.  Can they be changing the itinerary, putting in excursions, or is something wrong with mat account?  Appreciate any thoughts before I call them.

When it happened to me, it was an IT glitch. Some have reported clearing their cache and restarting their browser solved it.  I tried that without success. I called and a viking had me use a different device, even a different browser.  That seemed to solve the issue.
 

If you are able to log on, be sure to log off when you are finished. and then try your original device again-be sure to restart the browser when you do.
