Which Side of Ship is the best for this cruise?

The Canadian Inside Passage (between Vancouver Island and the BC mainland) is no doubt

restricted at this time. This Inside Passage thru the Campbell River - Seymour narrows -

Johnstone Strait is the route of the 7 day cruises originating either at Vancouver or Seward.

That other Inside Passage is the one inclusive of Ketchikan and ports north of that all in the US.

Your Seattle cruises transit the Pacific Ocean side of Vancouver Island.

Since these cruises are round trip originating from Seattle going to Alaska the starboard side

would view Vancouver Island going and returning the port side.

In the Inside Passage land will be visible on both sides - but for the most part you will be miles

out to sea and will not have much to see at the shore line and also with the exception of the

glacier visits cruising will be during the night - twilight.

At the glaciers all sides of the ship will have an equal viewing opportunity - the ship is rotated

360 for everyone to get a view of the glacier(s).

Arriving or departing the Forward and Aft balconies would take in the action on both sides.
