Is there a shuttle from Winter Park Amtrak Station to Port Canaveral?

If a party of one [1] was arriving on Amtrak into Winter Park Florida is there a shuttle to Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal? I have only found private car services which are rather pricey....for 1!

 

What about The Orlando Amtrak station?

Thanks...but those aren't shuttles....they are private car services.
