I've done the kitchen before.   It is a major undertaking, but the cabinets need refreshing and the walls, ceiling, and trim as well.

Yes.  It is cheaper than replacing them.

That's for sure!  It's a lot of work but sounds like you enjoy painting challenges.  Will we see before and after photos?  Good luck with all your projects.

Well, I could do an after of the closet doors.  They are now a very dark walnut color.  Previously, they were rust.   As in real rust.  I did treat that before painting and the paint is for rusty things.
