cruiseburger Posted February 19, 2006 #26 Share Posted February 19, 2006 I started the South Beach Diet a week ago Tuesday. Weighed in 9 lbs lighter yesterday (and it is that time of month). I start phase 2 on Tuesday and I'm going to try to behave since I cruise on March 12th. Those SB'ers that have been on cruises....any tips? I cruise again in 12 days and have restarted SB back on 1/3/06 with a goal to loose 34 lbs. before cruising, getting down to 199 lbs. My latest weigh in was -4 lbs. lost for the week. 28 lbs. lost total 6 lbs. to go with 12 days left. Once I get on the ship I really don't plan on a "special" diet but I hope to stay active enough to maintain my current weight.:) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
