I have been getting the problem this weekend (02/19 and 02/20/22). 3 different browsers on 2 different machines. Called the Diamond Plus line and got no help, went to supervisor who said they would send an IT request. They put my orders in over the phone, which is a bit of a pain (besides all the numbers, they couldn't find my shore package until I found a code, and I couldn't check my cruise while they had it locked... oh my, Royal). The supervisor said they have a "supervisor chat" they can use to see if they are getting other calls. If a bunch of supervisors have the same problem they can get it escalated. I expect it fixed tomorrow (I bet they messed it up late Friday, back Tuesday because of Monday Holiday) Honestly Royal... take my money... please?
