Air2Sea refund question

After staying on line 20 minutes I was disconnected TWICE !!

 

I need help from the Cruise Critic pros.  I booked the air2sea and the cruise on one booking.  I understand my options on canceling the cruise but will my Air2Sea funds be returned to my credit card or turned into FCC like my cruise dollars? Is there cancellation fees at Air2Sea?

There is another post just like this. But Air2Sea is not RCG so you won't get an FCC for the airline funds. You will get a refund minus any penalties....said penalties will be listed on your cruise invoice. I believe the fee is $200 outside of the cancellation window.

I had to cancel my moms flight after final payment day and pay the penalty.  They are refunding back to the original form of payment but it's taking forever.

How long until you flight/cruise.  If it is before final payment of the cruise still, you are entitled to a full refund of the flight costs (even though the majority of people have not paid this prior to final payment, so if that is the case, you would just cancel the air portion with no penalty).
