the number i typed in is the number i have been using for casinos at sea for 10 years. while my wife has diamond status, we are not 7star (the chances of reaching 7 star are about as good as reaching ambassador status).

it is the phone number we are instructed to call whenever we receive a cruise certificate thru caesers entertainment promotion.  it's on the certificate itself.

it is the phone number we are instructed to call whenever we receive a cruise certificate thru caesers entertainment promotion.  it's on the certificate itself.

And it is the number listed for SevenStars to call for their annual free cruise.  It makes sense it is on your certificates,  as that line can check your status with Caesar's🙂

The number 1 877-PLAY NCL is listed on NCL's CAS page.   It is used for all kinds of inquiries (not limited to land-based casino comps.)   You can call it after you cruise and play onboard to see if you are eligible for a comped or reduced rate directly from NCL Casinos at Sea.

We started out using CET certificates to cruise with NCL.   Now, the majority of our cruises are comped directly from CAS.

like most contact centers, CAS has several different numbers.

in addition to the generic one, there is one for caesars entertainment, as noted. i have another number for twin river/bally's. the different numbers allow the calls to be tracked, but all the calls go to all the same agents in the phoenix or miami areas. if you have a certificate to redeem from more than one casino, you can in fact book two or more cruises on the same call, without calling back or changing agents... even if those certificates came from different casinos.

Not positive but fairly certain the 877-752-9625 is for their office in Florida.  The other number 877-742-9521 is for their office in Phoenix.   Depending on when it is convenient to call they have the same hours but the Phoenix office is open later.  Out of habit we normally deal with the Phoenix office and lately anyway, have no trouble getting through.

I tried to call on Monday (Labor Day) morning to whatever number's listed for Casinos at Sea on ncl.com and the recording said they were closed or reduced hours or something like that and the call disconnected.   A few minutes later I called the regular NCL number and selected the casino guest option from the phone menu and was connected immediately.  They were open with reduced staff.
