CarolatSea Posted September 11, 2021 #2 Share Posted September 11, 2021 VERY frustrating as we are book on the NordNorge 17 October. Hurtigruten won't refund until 14 days out. And we have until 14 days out to rebook for next year. Would prefer to get the refund and rebook when we know we can go, but the timing is just too close for comfort. Have contacted them several times. Will probably wait until end of September and rebook to 2022. Darn!
jonikal Posted September 11, 2021 Author #3 Share Posted September 11, 2021 Yes, it is very frustrating! However, the ban is clearly in retaliation against US policy not allowing travelers from certain EU countries. Let's hope this get sorted out! https://www.heritage.org/europe/commentary/eu-threatens-retaliation-against-us-travelers

I wasn't getting much of anything from them about our refund so I wrote their CEO. It happened.
