@Caroline72 please read my earlier comments in the thread. They have specifically taken adapted cabins (and those around them) out of use so that they are available within the quarantine area for any disabled passenger who requires an adapted cabin.

 

Yes - there method for doing so, and timing for doing so needs significant improvement but they have not been unfair for taking them out of action.

But i received the same letter after booking inside adapted cabin stating the same reason not big enough for Full Time Wheelchair users but am not being moved as i am not a Full Time Wheelchair User so i doubt it's to do with making a quarantine area unless i' m getting left in the middle of it.🙄
