Where to get bake and shark

We will be having a port stop in T and T and seems bake and shark is a go to quintessential meal here. There are many places that serves this, Richards, Richards, Daphnes just to name  few so can anyone recommend a restaurant to try this T and T creation?

I got mine at the main stop at Maracas Beach. I don't know the name, but it was a big, busy place.

It was wonderful, you could watch them frying the buns right there. 

 

So fresh and good, and they had a huge table of add-on condiments.

I am interested in other responses as well.

Not sure if I'll go all the way to the beach next time I am there, but I'll absolutely want another Bake and Shark!

I hope so too. its a port stop which I hope is close to the beach as it seems the best places are there. Looks scrumptious! I like to try local foods and wash them down with local beer too. 😂 No point in going so far and drinking what I can get here. 🍺
