NYE at FLL hotel options

Loojing to arrive FLL on NYE for 2 nights before departing from Port FLL. What decent hotels would be best for a family that won't have any major new years eve partying going on?(impossible to avoid but more subdued would be great)

A bit more information might be helpful to make a suggestion.  

 

What price range is of interest to you?  Will you have a car(s) available?  Does the hotel need to be beachfront?  Does dining availability have to be within walking distance of the hotel?

No car. Beach front  not required. Prefer dining options within walking. $275 per night is probably max budget.

Thanks for responding.  I hope others better informed on hotel stays on NYE than me will be able to respond to you.

Look at Hyatt Centric and Riverside.  Both on Las Olas. 

 

There will be a lot going on downtown which isn't a far walk.  Lots of family stuff.
