Seasick Sailor Posted October 21, 2021 #2 Share Posted October 21, 2021 I believe if one has a beverage package, everyone in the same cabin needs one too.
cruiseguy56 Posted October 21, 2021 #3 Share Posted October 21, 2021 Seasick is correct. If one person in a cabin has the package, both people have to have the package. Assuming your Aunt DOES wish to drink, your uncle would NOT be able to transfer the drink package. HAL, as do other lines, also frown on someone with the drink package giving the drinks to someone else (Because the cruise lines feel this costs them the money of the other person not buying their own drink or drink package. That said, I'm sure the odd drink finds it's way from a drink package person to a family member sometimes.
OVgirl Posted October 21, 2021 #4 Share Posted October 21, 2021 For you to be able to get your uncles drink pkg, you would have to change your reservation. Put you in the same room as your aunt. And your uncle with your wife. Then you could sleep in your proper room. If you want to go to that much trouble.
