They carry Soy Milk which I have used for lattes in the past

If you just want non-dairy creamer for your coffee and have a specific flavor preference...bring your own.

DH loves hazelnut creamer. Depending on the length of the cruise, he'll bring the individual "pods" or a large bottle of his creamer. If we bring the bottle, we also pack a small bottle so he can carry his creamer to the MDR or the buffet.

You are right, they do.  I always love to get a steamed milk with cinnamon at bedtime.  I was asked, what kind of milk and he proceeded to tell me all the milk options available, one was almond milk.
