No need to take any. They will provide it. 
You can go to Special Needs and request it ahead of time or just ask the room steward once on board.

If there is a delay with receiving the distilled water, I can attest that the water from the bathroom sink works just fine.

You can fill in the special requirements form online in advance and they will send you an email confirmation. They will provide you with distilled water and extension cord. It should already be in your stateroom, however if not, your room attendant will already have it on their list and will rush it to you in embarkation day

You can also call head and they will take care of it for you.  No charge which is unlike Carnival  who charges you for the water.

You're not kidding. Carnival charged me $3.50 for a gallon of distilled water and then tacked on a $2.00 automatic gratuity for room service.
