How do I sign up for the captain's dinner and what is the dress code?  Bobbi

If you want to make a reservation for Chef's table, go to your cruise Manager at carnival's website.

Yeah, Chefs Table is booked under Specialty Dining online. Steakhouse is always listed but, seems Chefs Table may not appear until closer to your cruise.  

Can also be booked once onboard, as long as it is not sold out. They could do more than one night if demand is there.
